Please note that, until further notice, the debit machine is not available at the Richmond County Solid Waste Facility. Therefore payments will not be accepted by Debit Card. Cash and cheque continue to be accepted.

**PUBLIC NOTICE**
Department of Public Works
The Public Works Department will be participating in fire flow testing on a fire hydrant near the intersection of Burrels Lane and Highway 206 in Arichat. Customers may experience some water discolouration and sedimentation while the flow testing is taking place, however it should clear up after testing is complete. Please follow these recommendations:
-When hydrant flow testing is complete, run cold water through your interior faucets until water is clear.
-Wait until water clears before drinking.
-Avoid doing laundry until hydrant flow testing is completed and water runs clear.
-Don't fill your pools or hot tubs.
