We’re looking for talented local performers to take the stage at this year’s Concerts by the Sea series!

Richmond Recreation has launched an online registration and payment system for recreation programming (including drop-in classes). Recreation staff are available to assist all participants with the registration process if required. We encourage participants to reach out for support and assistance with this process.

Play Bins

Winter Play Bins
Looking for a fun way to spend a day outside? Our Play Bins are treasure chests filled with games, recreation equipment, fun activities and so much more. All you have to do is open up the Play Bin…and discover the treasures within!
Play Bins are a free and accessible way for children and their families to play outdoors. Play Bins are stationed at various community green spaces and contain a variety of recreational seasonal equipment such as shovels, sleds, snow molds, and more. When you are all played out please place all equipment back in the Play Bin.
Playbins can be found at the following locations
River Bourgeois Community Playground | 21 Recreation Rd, River Bourgeois
Little Anse Samson's Cove Social Action Centre Playground | 4114 Highway 206, Little Anse
The municipality is not liable nor responsible for the condition of the items in the playboxes. Parents/Guardians should inspect the equipment to ensure they are age appropriate and in good condition before use.
