Workshop: Find the Creative Source:
The Richmond Artists Alliance has been invited to exhibit at the CBU Art Gallery in Sydney at the end of January 2027! This is an exciting opportunity and will help put us on the map. Any member can submit, but artwork must be recent or new.

Interested in participating? We have a workshop for you!

Where are you now and where do you want to go with your art? We encourage those interested in exhibiting at CBU to join Denise Dumas and Elaine Mandrona for a creative workshop that will focus on loosening up, stepping out of your comfort zone and finding new ways to expand your creative spirit. We will try some intriguing exercises together and explore inspiration from other artists, famous and otherwise, who have been pathfinders.

Our intention is to help each other create our best, most meaningful original artwork, work that is expressive, evocative and inviting. We want to grow through our shared experience.

Our workshop Find the Creative Source will be held on November 28, 2026, 10 am – 2 pm at the River Bourgeois Seniors' Hall. Bring your own materials, an image that you want to work with and lunch. A suggested donation of $15 will help cover the cost of the hall and incidentals.

Please sign up for the workshop soon by contacting Elaine if you intend to join. We like to plan ahead! And if you have ideas of your own, please share them and we will try to incorporate them into the session.
