Swim 800 meters where the Ocean Meets the Inland Sea, from the Bras d’Or Lake to Battery Park beach on the Atlantic Ocean, with one lock transfer.

On-site check-in and registration for the 2026 Swim opens at 1pm on August 2nd, and the swim starts around 3pm. Slower swimmers will enter the water first, allowing them to get in and out of the water as quickly as possible during the event, followed by the faster swimmers. When registering, please make sure to sign up for the correct swim (slower vs faster).
