Municipality of the County of Richmond welcomes the 20th edition of the Heartland Tour Nova Scotia and invites you to participate in a Walk & Talk with Dr. Nick.
The Tour’s founder and chairman, Dr. Nicholas Giacomantonio, will share his knowledge on how lifestyle choices such as physical activity and good nutrition support overall health and healthy aging.
