Navigate Energy Community Information Sessions - Keeping Our Community Doors Open

The Municipality of the County of Richmond is working with Navigate Energy on a program designed to help community halls better understand their energy use and access funding for building improvements.

The program is structured in a few simple steps:

  • Community centres in the county sign up to take part in the program.
  • Navigate Energy leads a funding application to cover the cost of professional energy assessments for each building. These assessments will identify practical opportunities for upgrades and improved efficiency.
  • Navigate Energy will then lead a second funding application to cover the cost of completing the recommended upgrades.
We’re hosting two information sessions to walk through the program, answer questions, and see which community centres are interested in taking part.
