The Department of Community Development and Recreation is preparing the Fall 2026 Edition of the Reflections of Richmond Newsletter, covering October 1 – December 31, 2026.

Submission deadline: Friday, August 28, 2026

Photos Submission 

Do you enjoy capturing the beauty in Richmond County? Whether it’s outdoor adventures, participating in community events or fall (indoor/outdoor) sports, we ask that you share your unique perspective with us! Selected photos will be featured in the 2026 fall newsletter and could appear on the municipal website and social media platforms. Send your high-resolution images to Ronalda Boudreau,

This is an opportunity for your community group and/or organization to share news and events with the residents of Richmond County.  Submit details to Ronalda Boudreau,

Call out for-Program Instructors  

If you are interested in casual employment opportunities as a leader/instructor/facilitator during the period of October - December 2026 (Fitness instructor, arts and crafts instructor, dance teacher, outdoor education leaders, sports instructors, etc.) with Richmond Recreation you are encouraged to submit a request to Sharla Sampson,
