It has come to the Municipality's attention that a person or persons may be contacting some residents in the area seeking to test their water.
Please be advised that the Municipality is not contacting residents offering such services. If customers have any questions about their municipal water they can contact the Municipality at 902-226-2400.

Richmond County Public Works will be flushing water mains from October 21 (Monday) to October 25 (Friday morning). Flushing will start after 10 pm nightly. Customers may experience low water pressure and water discoloration during this period. Richmond County Public Works thanks their customers for their cooperation.

Please note that, until further notice, the debit machine is not available at the Richmond County Solid Waste Facility. Therefore payments will not be accepted by Debit Card. Cash and cheque continue to be accepted.
