Municipal Planning
The Eastern District Planning Commission (EDPC) provides planning, subdivision, and building and fire inspection services for the Municipality of the County of Richmond. The planners, development officers, building inspectors and support staff work toward developing a safe and healthy community for you and your family. While the Commission will be providing planning, building, and inspection services, they will do so in accordance with all the Municipality's existing policies, by-laws, and land use regulations.
