Join us for beginner line dancing classes. Get fitphysically and mentally as you dance to music. No partner needed. Dancing is one of the best activities for total body wellness and one of the only physical activities to offer protection against dementia. Join Debbie on thefloor and plan to have some fun!
Children will learn a new skill while having fun. The program will focus on the basic fundamentals required to make skating a lifetime activity. Instruction will be offered through games and fun activities. Skills will include the proper way of falling down and getting up, forward and backward striding, stopping, balance control and agility skills. CSA approved helmets are mandatory. Space is limited so sign up early!

This course will help you develop a concept of awareness, assertiveness, safety strategies and physical techniques that enable someone to successfully escape, resist and survive violent attacks. This course strives to provide psychological awareness and verbal skills through discussion and sharing of ideas; not just physical training.i
Children will have a chance to try multiple sports. Each class will focus on one of the following: volleyball, soccer, basketball, baseball and more. They will learn the basic skills of each sport while having fun. This is a great program for young adults who are not playing team sports but want the experience of trying them.
