Richmond County Volunteer Recognition

The following information is requested when nominating a Volunteer to be recognized by the Municipality of Richmond at the annual Volunteer Recognition Banquet.

The Municipality maintains and updates a list of non-profit organizations that operate within Richmond County. The organization's list includes: the correct name of the organization, contact person, the purpose of the organization as well as the contact information such as; a mailing address and phone number. This information may be submitted to us by mail or email.

In the month of January, a form letter is mailed to the contact person representing all of the organizations listed.  In this letter, we request that the organization submit a name of a volunteer to represent their organization at our annual banquet. Once our office receives the completed volunteer form we correspond directly with the chosen volunteer.
