Mrs Colleen Morgan   

Mrs Colleen Morgan has made many valuable contributions to her small community of Whiteside.
In the past, Colleen has volunteered for many functions at the West Richmond Education Centre
and is presently administering fluoride treatments, twice a month, to students in Grades 5 to 8.

For over 47 continuous years, Colleen has been a member of the St. Francis de Sales, Catholic Women’s
League having served as President and in other various committee positions.

Presently and for the past 27 years, she has devoted many volunteer hours to the Strait Richmond Hospital in their Patient Daycare program, Night and Outpatient clinics, doing  such things as fixing patients hair and distributing drinks. Colleen is also a dedicated volunteer for the Palliative Care Program administered through the Strait Richmond Hospital. After 14 years, she feels that this volunteer work has been very rewarding.

Colleen is a wonderful and caring individual who has stated that she is proud to accept this award on behalf of all Richmond County Volunteers and the Municipality of the County of Richmond thanks her for her dedication and volunteer service, that benefits many people in the surrounding areas.
