Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese internal style of martial arts with a long standing reputation for improving general health, circulation and balance. The class will begin with foundational exercises and principles that inform the practice of Tai Chi. The focus will be on learning the beginning Level 1 Tai Chi movements. This class is for anyone interested in a physical practice of meditative movement.

Children will learn a new skill while having fun. The program will focus on the basic fundamentals required to make skating a lifetime activity. Instruction will be offered through games and fun activities. Skills will include the proper way of falling down and getting up, forward and backward striding, stopping, balance control and agility skills. CSA approved helmets are mandatory.
