Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese internal style of martial arts with a long standing reputation for improving general health, circulation and balance. The class will begin with foundational exercises and principles that inform the practice of Tai Chi. The focus will be on learning the beginning Level 1 Tai Chi movements. This class is for anyone interested in a physical practice of meditative movement.
